No, our sleeves are not sized to fit our carbon steel cookware.
Can I place the sleeve in the oven?
We do not recommend placing your leather sleeve in the oven. As leather is a natural material, it can burn.

12 pan review -2025
I have used regular iron skillets, lodge and questioned the switch. I bought the 12” flat and two months later this one. I also switched away from non stick to high end SS pans-Made in.
These are worth the cost, take care of it and I imagine it will last you entire life. Pretty much the only pans I use since I’ve got them.

Great, functions well, but one star reduction as with high heat, the leather does get hot - too hot to safely handle with bare hands.
